Responsibilities
You will provide remote monitoring services to help support users as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program
Direct and aid users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a tech platform
Provide periodic feedback to the evaluating clinician on user progress
Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
Requirements
As a PT, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do.
2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Active PT license in CALIFORNIA
Tech-Savvy, including having your own newer model laptop, reliable wi-fi, and a smart phone
Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace
Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach
Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem
