Job Descrption
Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Within the position, you will set and drive standards across the department and deliver effective day-to-day management of the Payroll Managers and Supervisors. You will review and approve all payrolls as per company policy and resolve any potential issues which may occur. You will also develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the payroll services. You may be required to audit payroll data, balance sheet accounts, and report write-offs.

Job Skills
The successful candidate should have between five and ten years of Western work experience within a managerial role alongside a Diploma from a Western institute. You should... have a proven track record in customer service, administration, human resources, and payroll. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential along with five years of experience within an ERP environment, preferably SAP or Oracle. You should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
