Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The role involves auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Track expenses and revenues against budget and forecast future financial performance.
• Transaction Management:
• Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct... monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Tax Compliance:
• Calculate and file VAT, income tax, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
• Auditing:
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong understanding of real estate financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis specific to real estate projects.
• Knowledge of real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
• Familiarity with IFRS and local GAAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
