Job Descrption
Department: Civil Engineering
Purpose:
- To performs general civil engineering
work.
Summary of the Job Role:
- Performs general civil engineering
work, carrying out complex technical
details, making inspections and
preparing simple designs.
Authorities:
None
Key Outputs:
Supervises and inspects minor construction and maintenance work
Inspects construction materials to see that they conform to
specifications
Makes measurements and obtains design data
Obtains data for computation of quantities
Makes surveys for determining payments to contractors
Prepares progress reports
Serves as site inspector on contracted and sub-contracted work
Computes and checks estimate
- Perform other related duties as required.
Relationships:
Internal
Project Manager. Constriction Manager. Sr. Engineer. Foreman. Charge
hand. QA/QC Engineer. HSE Advisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil... engineering,
construction engineering.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of surveying,
- Good knowledge of the principles and
practices of civil engineering
- Good knowledge of the methods and
equipment used in construction.
- Ability to effectively use computer
applications such as CAD, MS Office
programmers.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in
English
- Computer literate working knowledge of
Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent) and
other project tools related to job.
- Well awareness on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and
ISO 45001.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
