Job Descrption

Maintaining and updating all HSE related documents of the project.

Compiling HSE data needed for the Daily, Weekly & Monthly HSE KPI's report for Client & internal Corporate HSE Dept.

Participating in the HSE investigation and reporting.

Ensuring construction site compliance with the company policies and standards, reviewing and enhancing all safety procedures and controls, conducting periodic audit & inspections.

Arranging external training schedule from the approved Training Provider.

Assistance with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.

Assists in the implementing and maintaining of the certification of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.

Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems.

Accountable for the supervision the administrator and record keeper on area specific HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc.

Monitoring List of plant ... equipment’s of all sites.

Member in audit committee for doing internal audit, and to attends in external audits as representative from safety department.

Representative by safety team for doing any sort of audits.

Attending HSE-related external audits from authorities as a company representative.

Preparing Environmental reports and submit to DM-NRCS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
