Overview: Knight Castle Hotel is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years in high-end hotel environments. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing reservation systems and overseeing the reservations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservations Supervisor or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reservations, supervise team members, and handle guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous.
