Freelance Interior Designer for Healthcare Projects at Ontime Group

Job Descrption
This freelance position offers flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic team on various healthcare projects.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements
• Develop design concepts and create detailed plans for healthcare interiors
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for healthcare settings
• Create 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas
• Ensure designs comply with healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Work closely with contractors, architects, and project managers to execute design plans
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects
• Stay updated on trends in healthcare design... materials, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience in designing healthcare facilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of healthcare design principles and regulations
• Exceptional creativity and ability to produce innovative design solutions
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio showcasing previous healthcare design projects
