Female Receptionist with experience in Aesthetic Clinic at Dr Nasma Salah Medical Centre

Job Descrption
We are seeking a pleasing personality and highly organized Receptionist with aesthetic clinic experience to join our dynamic team at Dr. Nasma Salah Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in the aesthetics industry, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Efficiently handle appointment bookings and manage the daily clinic schedule, including follow-up calls and confirmations.
• Address client inquiries and provide information on dermatology, aesthetic, and cosmetic services.
• Utilize the EMS by Practo system for client management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
• Process payments using Tabby or Tamara POS machines, ensuring accurate billing and smooth transaction handling.
• Work closely with... dermatologists, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure smooth coordination of services.
• Perform general administrative duties such as handling phone calls, emails, and maintaining client records.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times, resolving any client concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a receptionist in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic setting.
• Familiarity with the Insta EMS by Practo system is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in using Tabby or Tamara POS machines is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage a busy front desk environment.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinic staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
