Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate architectural project activities from inception to completion.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Manage real estate activities such as property inspections, negotiations, and documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the architecture and real estate teams as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Word... Excel, and project management software.
• Previous experience in architecture, real estate coordination, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
