Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance control, as well as experience in administrative and accounting functions. A background in manpower, recruitment, or outsourcing companies is highly desirable. This role will be crucial in ensuring our financial health and supporting our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Manage... day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in the development and monitoring of operational budgets.
Profile / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role, preferably within manpower, recruitment, or outsourcing industries.
Strong knowledge of financial management software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance regulations
