Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities: .
• Execute the interior works as per design.
• Excellent in : Freehand sketching ,AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Excellent Teamwork skills
• Responsible for taking the basic design and developing it into detailed design
• As a quantity surveyor ,you will be responsible for accurately quantifying, estimating the costs of interior fit out projects, analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost ,materials
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary data for accurate estimation
• Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bids to potential Clients
• Collaborate with the procurement team to obtain competitive prices for materials and Equipments
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials costs to ensure accurate... estimation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Fit -Out , with a background in a leading company.
• Knowledgeable in Interior Designing /Fit out Industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and Negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline -driven environment .
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate start.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Draftsman cum Estimator: 4 years (Required
