Job Descrption
Hiring Cost Control Engineer for a reputed building contracting in Dubai. Candidates with prior UAE experience can apply for this position. Experience required in Industrial Buildings & Commercial Buildings:
- Monthly Cost Report, Billing, Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Risk Management, Project Delay Analysis, Earned Value or Budgeted Cost of Work Performed, Project Stock Analysis
- Labour Cost Monitoring
- Monitoring & Controlling of Equipment Hire
- Budget Monitoring in PACT (ERP Software), Material Request Review, Local Purchase Order
- Onsite Inspection
- Cost Estimation for Variation and Change Order
- Continuous Improvement
- Final Cost Analysis Report
SALARY RANGE: AED 15K + Benefits
JOINING: IMMEDIATE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
