Inspired and Supported by: Creative Floral Design Manager
To be responsible for exceeding our guest expectations on a daytoday basis within our Flower Shop whilst ensuring the flowers and display are to the agreed standard.
To ensure the flower shop meets the hotel brand & 5star luxury standards
• To ensure all guest flower requests are met with professional service
• To condition and prepare flowers every morning to be used for the flower shop
• To prepare flower bouquets and to ensure display stands are up to standard daily including pricing
• To ensure the flower shop is at the highest standard ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
• To be passionate creative and encourage all upsell and revenue opportunities.
• To assist Savoy Flowers Team with adhoc duties as required especially at peak times
• To control the waste of flowers as much as possible.
• To maintain the plants and clean retail areas in the shop
• To comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety... legislation using working practices that are safe and sensible to your colleagues and to yourself.
• Act in accordance with fire health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises.
• Adhere to all Savoy policies and procedures as outlined by the hotel.
• 13 year experience in Luxury London Retail within Hospitality Industry.
• Confident florist with all elements of Floristry including wedding wiring techniques.
• Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
• Hours of operation 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays 40 hour week rota
