Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills

Qualifications :
Fluent in English both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
