Job Descrption
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Daily Expense sheets, vouchers, and invoices
• Profit/loss calculations and reports
• Coordinate & manage payment and billing details of external service providers, vendors.
• petty cash management and updating related records.
• Reconciliation of Accounts Payables on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis.
• Posting Journal Entries in the accounting System.
• Sample checking of supplier invoices to ensure correct input VAT is being recovered.
• VAT... Filing & Draft, Corporate Tax, Auditing of company accounts.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum One Year UAE experience in logistics.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is plus.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
