Accountant cum Office Administrator at Environmental International Consultants

Job Descrption
• Candidate should be a quick learner and eager to understand our business
• Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment and get things done with minimal guidance to obtain best possible outcome for the company
• Candidate should have prior experience in posting accounting entries in online accounting software and handling petty cash is preferred
• Perform month end accounting reviews and prepare data for Senior Management review
• Familiarity with UAE VAT and filing requirements and previous experience/knowledge in Corporate Tax will be an added advantage
• Candidate must have prior experience in administrative roles - must be familiar with engaging and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Assist Technical Team on proposals or bidding process if required
• Assist team in procurement of products and services by obtaining... pricings and negotiating with Vendors
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing
• Female candidate is preferred with sponsor/husband Visa
