Job Descrption
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception area with external and internal calls
Manage HR/Payroll/Leave calendar/Insurance and DMCC Portal management
Renewal and application of visa's for UAE and other countries for staff
Handle Accounts receivable, payable, L/C and follow up in calls for accounts receivables
Handle shipping documents for Air/Sea/Courier shipments
Zoho books, Zoho, CRM and VAT filing
Accurate Documentation and filing of documents
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in similar role
Strong Accounts knowledge is preferred
Proficiency... in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent skills on Excel
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work under pressure
Preferably worked in DMCC Companies
