About The Role
As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide exceptional surgical care for oral and facial conditions.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients' oral and facial conditions, considering their medical and dental histories.
• Create personalized treatment plans and perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Perform extractions, dental implant placements, jaw reconstructions, and facial trauma reconstructions.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and deformities.
• Collaborate with dental and medical specialists to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor patient... recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Requirements
• Hold dental and medical degrees.
• Proven experience in performing various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
• Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and treatment principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex surgical cases.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
