Job Descrption
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Assisting with updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices while also running reports and preparing Statements of Accounts for clients as and when requested.
• Assisting with updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
• Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assisting with the review of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
• Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports.
• Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Assisting with other accounting projects.
• Assisting with handling petty cash and its requirements as a backup to the other team... members.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 1 - 2 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting.
