We manage over 700 properties and employ a dedicated team of over 240 professionals, driven by innovation, professionalism, and excellence.About the role:We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant or a recent Accounts graduate to join our finance team . The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and supporting the preparation of financial statements. This position will also involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and integrityResponsibilities:• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.• Assist in... the preparation of consolidated financial statements.• Stay up-to-date with the latest IFRS standards and ensure proper implementation within the company's financial practices.• Prepare reports and reconciliations to ensure adherence to IFRS requirements.• Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with IFRS during external audits.• Maintain and oversee the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.• Monitor and reconcile all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.• Analyze financial data to provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to strengthen internal controls.• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.• Collaborate with the tax team to support tax planning, reporting, and audits.• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.• Communicate financial results to senior management, offering explanations and guidance on trends and variances.Benefits:• Competitive Salary Package.• Medical Insurance Plan.• Annual Paid leave.• A great working environment.• Comprehensive training and support.• Opportunity to work with multi-cultural environment.Job requirementsRequirements:• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Graduates from similar background or 1 year experience as an accountant.• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
