Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally Prime, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts, managing accounts payable and receivable efficiently.Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, for management review.Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports, ensuring all financial practices are transparent.Update and maintain the fixed asset register, tracking depreciation and asset valuations accurately.Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve the overall efficiency of financial operations.Generate regular financial reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making and strategic planning.Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and compliance... requirements, ensuring timely filing and reporting.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and account discrepancies. Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in an accounting role, specifically using Tally Prime for daily operations.Certification in Tally or relevant accounting software is highly desirable, showcasing advanced technical skills.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling accurate financial reporting and analysis.Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus for better communication.Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced financial setting.Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data, fostering trust and confidentiality
