Responsibilities:• Bookkeeping including preparing schedules, booking monthly accruals, adjustments entries and prepaid expenses, preparation of financial statements and assisting CFO in preparation of budgets.• Vendor management Preparing LPO s, managing accounts payable, Reconciliation of supplier statement and Updating contractor schedule as per payment certificate.• Receivable management Handling multi-currency transactions, PDC s, sending out payment reminders, sharing SOA s and ensuring on time collections.• Bank and Cash management handle petty cash, manage Escrow & Corporate accounts reconciliation, assist in cash deposits.• Reconciling Agent records and verifying commission earnings for the payment of broker s commission.• Intercompany account reconciliation and consolidation of group accounts.• Maintaining compliance requirements with FTA rules, Corporate Tax, RERA and DED. Filing and submission of VAT.• Preparing various reports for management.Qualification:• 3 or more years of finance experience in Real Estate Development Company in UAE.• Hands-on experience in Escrow Account Management and Trust Accounting System.• Should have been in the senior role of managing accounts of at least two off plan real estate residential projects.• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables, is required.• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.• A Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CA/ACCA/CMA is preferred.
