Dear aspirants and Job seekers. we are looking for young, energetic, and dynamic candidates who can join our growing family as accountants in the real estate industry, managing the rental income of 3-4 residential towers, keeping the record in the accounting system (Quick books), making the payments to suppliers, services providers. Depositing the Cheques in the bank through Bank visits & ATM Deposits. Keeping track of returned Cheques and legal cases of unpaid tenants.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to
• Recording rental income
• Recording payments
• Keep track of returned Cheques
• Keep track of unpaid tenants
• Team Collaboration:

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
• A college degree, preferably in commerce or accounting
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a driving license.
• Job open to all nationalities.

Compensation:
• Starting salary AED 4,000/- plus fuel & car maintenance allowance.
• Salary will be revised after the successful completion of the probation period of 3 months.
• VISA, Annual vacation, tickets, and medical insurance as per UAE labor law
