Accountant Needed for Abraj Alaman General Trading
Location: Abraj Alaman Office: Prime Tower, Business Bay

Job Description:
Seeking an accountant (does NOT need to be certified) who can handle the finances, and keep up and record the sales and expenses transactions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating detailed invoices for new and returning customers (using Zoho Software)
• Keeping a record of outstanding payments from customers, and providing the list to management regularly
• Creating and issuing payment receipts once the company receives payment.
• Recording and categorizing income and expenditure of the business for future reference and tax reasons.
• Using this data to create monthly/weekly reports as per management request.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with financial recording and accounting work.
• Experience using Zoho Books
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Able to store and keep track of all files and documents you receive and work with.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic (The more additional languages you speak , the better)
Salary Range is 4000 - 6000 AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
