Joining an L&D team within a professional services
Firm, providing L&D services, working within a well-established matrix
organisation which spans across Europe.
Your new role
Working within an L&D team of 3, reporting into the
head of L&D, looking after populations in EMEA.
Assist in curating tailored training programmes.
Support internal teams with identifying training
needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging
training content, with a focus on digital solutions.
Assess impact of training through the use of digital
assessment tools
Refine training content from feedback given upon
delivery.
Coordinate venues and schedules for training delivery.
Administration of qualifications
Coordination of training programmes and online
platforms
Assisting with early careers/recruitment fairs.
Ensure company values are embedded through materials
and aligned with the employee brand.
Reviewing attendance to ensure all staff are
completing development and... focusing on upskilling
Ensure the training offered meets the needs of both
business and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
This is the perfect role for someone with a year or
more L&D experience, looking to develop within an L&D function.
CIPD qualification or MCS in HR, or HR related degree.
Experience of utilising a Learning Management System
and MS Office proficiency
Experience using online collaboration tools (Webex,
Articulate, Miro, Jive)
Experience assisting in course development, design,
delivery and facilitation, including blended learning approaches
