Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you can expect to take a lead in managing a number of regional projects on a daily basis across the Telecommunications sector. You’ll be tasked with ensuring all projects have gone through the Early Contractor Involvement process and assessing and validating payment applications, early warnings, compensation events, and final accounts. Due Diligence is also key, ensuring audits on previously approved payments/variations/final accounts are carried out and site visits are conducted to validate the measures being taken by Build Engineers are accurate.

Project experience is advantageous
Strong numeracy skills and accuracy in presenting data to peers and seniors within an organisation.
Competent liaising with all levels of seniority, including but not limited to, Project Managers and Contractors.
Excellent Microsoft works particularly... excel experience.
Ability to effectively manage own time and meet the requirements of the business.
Ideally degree qualified
NEC4 / JCT Contract experience
Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Utilities, Telecommunication or Water background required.
Details
Day rate up to £500 (Inside IR35).
Minimum 6 month contract - option to be extended up to 18 months.
Travel required 1-2 days per week to sites (covered by the company).
