Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Business/Salon Manager & Business Partner who will take ownership of driving revenue and ensuring the success of our beauty and aesthetics salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, maximizing the productivity of therapists, and working tirelessly to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

This role offers the unique opportunity for the right individual to not only manage the business but also to share in its success by earning an equity stake, provided they demonstrate the ability to help achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass aggressive revenue targets. Identify and capitalize on every opportunity to increase salon sales, including treatments, products, and services.
• Team Leadership: Maximize the performance and productivity of beauty therapists by... setting clear goals, providing guidance, and maintaining a motivated and high-performing team.
• Profit & Loss Management: Take full responsibility for the salon's profit and loss, ensuring efficient cost management, budget control, and operational effectiveness.
• Social Media Marketing: Oversee and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance the salon's online presence, attract new clients, and drive bookings.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and promoting a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere within the salon.
• Business Development: Constantly seek new business opportunities, from partnerships to promotional campaigns, to maximize revenue across all areas of the salon.
• Financial Performance: Analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data to make informed decisions that drive profitability.
• Sales and Upselling: Train staff on upselling techniques and ensure that all team members are contributing to revenue generation by recommending additional treatments and retail products.

What We Are Looking For:
• Proven track record in driving aggressive revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team to meet and exceed productivity goals.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss management, with experience in managing a business’s financial performance.
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategies to grow the business’s online footprint.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,219.00-£45,000.00 per year

Education:
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
• Beauty Salon/Aesthetics: 2 years (preferred)
• Managing a Team: 2 years (preferred)
• Profit and Loss Responsibiliy: 2 years (preferred)
• Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
