Job Descrption
Article (1)
It is mandatory for a foreman to help school coordinator on daily basis to perform everyday school tasks.
Article (2)
To arrange field trips buses well in advance to avoid logistical issues with the help of coordinator. Foreman need to prepare list of field trip buses and enter data carefully after the trip as which driver/bus has done trip. At the end of the month that list along with invoice need to send to head office. Foreman must follow format of fieldtrip list provided by Arab Falcon.

To make sure all regular buses should come on time and leave at time specified by school management.
Article (4)
It is responsibility of foreman to make sure all buses are school buses and in good condition from outside and inside. Buses should equip with Camera and recording of camera should be saved by foreman on periodic basis. Foreman need to check all buses in the morning and make sure drivers should place “BUS CHECK” board at the rear screen.

In case of absent of driver foreman need to arrange alternative bus/ drivers with the help of spare drivers and make sure timing of students should not be effected in this case. If needed foreman will drive school bus in the absence of a driver.
Article (6)
Foreman must use resources provided by Arab Falcon to perform day to day task with great honesty and responsibility. Arab Falcon has provided car with fuel for foreman’s own transport and to perform daily task in school. This car must only be used for performing work related task and should not be used for personal matters. In case this car need to be used for personal matter, Arab Falcon representative must be informed and fuel/salik expenses in such case will be paid by user. This car can be driven by spare driver to perform school operations.
Spare bus and driver has been provided to help foreman to perform daily task in school, this bus must be used only for performing school field trips and to cover breakdowns.
Article (7)
Foreman need to prepare monthly report of drivers which should have detail of breakdowns, changes in the bus /driver, any new bus added with dates, this report has to be prepared at the end of each month and send it to head office.
Article (8)
Foreman must be in uniform or in a formal suit at all times. It is duty of foreman to make sure all drivers are in Arab Falcon uniform and penalize those drivers who are negligent regarding their duty
