Job Descrption
Technical Support to End user in a timely and effective manner. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, provide network support, and ensure the overall stability and performance of the organization’s technology infrastructure. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing complex IT environments and supporting IT projects.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, image and maintain PCs, Laptops,
printer, scanner, peripherals, IT tools/equipment,
packaged software, antivirus, utilities, software tools,
and software patches.
• Troubleshoot problems arising from hardware,
software, application systems, network infrastructure,
virus, and security-related attacks.
• Assign priorities to problem reported, based on the
severity, and coordinate with IT Manager when
required in tracking and resolving the problems.
• Participate in implementing IT projects, including
planning, installation, configuration and testing.
• Provide training and onboarding support to users... in
the appropriate use of hardware, network, Intranet
and internet.
Requirements and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in technology-related subject.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 yrs. experience in IT field.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 and MS office tools.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
and prior experience in handling similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail,
and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and cope with a degree of
pressure at peak times
