Job Descrption
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and remote communication tools.
