SilberArrows is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. As the voice of the company, you will ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Meet or exceed call handling targets and quality assurance standards.
• Continuously improve call handling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Call Center... Executive or similar role is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, with Arabic language skills preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and patience.
• Proficiency in MS Office
