Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team and specialize in swimming pool projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining swimming pools and landscaping. Ideal candidate should have good business sense of pricing and cost estimation for pools and landscaping requirements.
Salary not a constraint for right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site assessments to evaluate suitability for pool construction.
Develop detailed design plans for swimming pools, including size, shape, depth, and layout.
Select appropriate materials for pool construction, such as concrete, fiberglass, or vinyl liner.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
Oversee site preparation, foundation construction, and structural engineering.
Coordinate the installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ensure adherence to... quality standards and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
Provide guidance to pool owners on proper maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on swimming pool projects
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant 3D design software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knows MEP work , Costing , Drawing
Knows all government requirement
Driving licenses are required
