Job Summary
Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program.
Encourage the cooperation and participation of development of children.
Perform routine activities(arrival, snack, meal, nap, hygiene, dressing, departure), calm, reassuring and individualized.
Ensure continuous supervision of all children under its responsibility.
Organizing learning materials and resources and making imaginative use of resources.
Supporting the development of children's basic skills, including physical coordination, speech and communication;
Encouraging children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play;
Developing children's curiosity and knowledge;
Working with others, including teaching assistants and nursery nurses as well as volunteer helpers, to plan and coordinate work both indoors and outdoors;
Observing, assessing and recording each child's progress;
Help children... feel comfortable, relaxed, cheerful and willing to engage in games, activities.
Implement hygiene control to prevent the transmission of disease.
Interact frequently, marked by respect and affection to children.
Required Skills
• Western French native speakers preferred
• Must have Diploma of Early childhood Education, 1-2 years experience
• Must be energetic and well-tempered.
