Baby Care:
• Provide comprehensive care for a 3-month-old baby, including feeding, bathing, changing, and soothing.
• Foster the baby's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and play.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including hygiene, nutrition, and first aid, to ensure the baby's safety and well-being.
• Maintain a consistent daily routine and adapt it as the baby grows.
• Nursery Duties: Advise on baby equipment and nursery... setup.
• Assist with wardrobe management.
• Assist with preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the baby.
• Help maintain the baby's area tidy and organised.
• Work effectively as part of a team with the housekeeper.
• Requirements Proven experience: Demonstrated experience as a nanny, particularly with infants and toddlers, ideally in a rotational 24-hour shift.
• Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications or certifications in childcare or early childhood education.
• Knowledge and skills: Strong understanding of child development, health and safety, and hygiene practices.
• Personal attributes: Proactive, resilient, level-headed, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about children.
• Creativity and problem-solving: Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Organization and planning: Ability to plan ahead, organise tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Current Dubai residency: Must be currently residing in Dubai.
