Job Descrption
• Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to integrate GRC and GRP detailing seamlessly into overall project plans, addressing any design conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all drafting work, including revisions and updates, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies related to GRC and GRP detailing, and incorporate innovative approaches into drafting processes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges related to GRC and GRP detailing, proposing creative solutions to optimize design and construction processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
•... Proven experience (5 years) working as a Draughtsman, with a focus on GRC and GRP detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural drafting (2D drawings / 3D models- Shop drawings & Production drawings).
• In-depth knowledge of GRC and GRP materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to GRC and GRP applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing technical challenges in drafting processes.
