Job Description
Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Route calls to appropriate departments or guest... rooms.
Handle outgoing calls for guests and staff, including wake-up calls and reservation inquiries.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Follow hotel security protocols and procedures.
Maintain a log of calls and messages.
Monitor and report any technical issues with the telephone system.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in using telephone systems and computer software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
