We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations & Reporting Assistant for our prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE
NOTE: Due to the nature of the project, we are looking to hire someone who can join on an immediate basis only

Job Title: HR Operations & Reporting Assistant
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (3 Months Extendable)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have minimum of 2-3 yrs of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing, logistics or operations setup )
Must have reporting experience i.e. should be very comfortable to work with excel and preparing daily reports or working with dashboards.
Must have experience in maintaining and managing employees' personnel records... Submit and follow up on tickets to update and correct employees' records as necessary.
Must have experience in creating dashboard to drive visibility and adoption of key HR metrics
Must have hands on experience in attendance management
