We are one of the leading companies in Branding, Marketing and Selling cosmetics, beauty care and household products in UAE and in many other countries. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in UAE at our corporate office. This opportunity is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant at our company’s FMCG division, the candidate must have a strong accounting background in FMCG and will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with other accounting and sales team to fulfill the sales orders, invoicing and other accounting activities including budgeting, reporting and auditing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting... standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Monitoring in payable aging analysis and inform to Finance manager.
• Co-ordinate with each level of managers, supervisors, data entry team, purchase dept. and other admin department.
• Assisting to finance team and administration team.
• Processing all level Sales Orders, Sales Invoices & Sales Returns.
• Collaborate with inventory department and sorting and filing sales and purchase returns.
• Preparing journal voucher against sales invoices and stock adjustments.
• Preparing the weekly report of the un-posted entries such as sales orders, sales invoice, purchase returns, transfers and adjustments.
• Filing all the goods received note and purchases and returns.

Qualification, Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven accounting experience with FMCG background.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (MS Dynamic Business Central, SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in accounting (Such as ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Accounting (in FMCG): 3 years (Required)
