Asset Manager, Renewables
Microsoft is looking for a Renewable Energy Asset Manager to join the Renewable Energy Team within the Cloud Operations + Innovation Organization. This position will be responsible for the management of a large portfolio of renewable energy contracts in support of Microsoft’s carbon neutral goals. This role will provide the candidate with a unique opportunity to join a high impact team and gain a wide range of exposure to global energy markets.
The successful candidate will have experience managing wholesale renewable energy contracts, fostering strategic commercial relationships, familiarity with European power markets, and demonstrate analytical skills through a proven ability to deliver results. Sourcing Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
