Then this role is for you, in the Bing Maps & Local team, as we make Microsoft Bing the most AI centric search offering. This is a unique role that lets you innovate and evolve the consumer search space, the SMB space along with the advertising space.
We are looking for a Principal Group Product Manager – Bing Local with people management experience. In this role, you will own a broad product charter that defines what and where the future of Bing Maps & Local resides, that keeps pace with AI innovation and with how the search and advertising space is evolving. You will look at end to end customer experience across different across a variety of surfaces and interaction models for consumers, SMBs/advertisers. This is a manager of managers role where you will lead a team of product managers. In this role you also own very important partnerships across Microsoft, as we work on an ever-evolving AI platform and a growing advertising and search platform and have ample opportunities to work closely with customers, partners, SMBs, data partners, and other stakeholders to strategize and enable new experiences

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years people management experience in leading large and diverse product teams across multiple domains, with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.
