As a Sales Enablement Lead, New Commerce for New Commerce & Commercial Strategy (NCCS), you will have worldwide responsibility to lead and own the commerce enablement landing strategy and execution for the Microsoft commercial field across various roles and sales segments.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across change management, business planning, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPs) communications and role leaders, and Worldwide Learning to ensure we drive awareness and adoption of Microsoft's digital transaction platform. We're seeking a passionate sales enablement professional who'll take full ownership of the sales enablement function and demonstrate fantastic storytelling capabilities while providing insights and ideas to ensure seller adoption and business success.

Within Business Planning, the New Commerce and Commercial Strategy organization works across Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 driving cross-cloud monetization strategies for how and where customers buy. This includes ensuring the Microsoft Field, Partners and Customers are enabled to adopt the commercial strategies and initiatives.

Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
