• End-to-end ownership of engineering program activities from product concept to launch.
• Collecting business
  requirements from key stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements and managing their
  prioritization with engineering team.
• Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release, clearly communicate
  goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross- functional and remote project teams.
• Develop and drive critical high-level strategic initiatives.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management,
  and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Oversee documentation effort with technical writers
  to ensure all necessary documentation for how to, support and troubleshooting tools are created and maintained.
• Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:
• 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
• 2. C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP
• 3. Coordinating release and deployment of projects
• 4. Building operational improvement proposals
• 5. Using project metrics to drive operation efficiencies
• 6. Adapting and participating in design discussion.
