• Business Insights: primarily focus on business insights modeling and operational excellence to enable Sales and BPO leadership to make effective, data-driven, strategic operating decisions in an effort to optimize sales performance.
• Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including segment performance, product adoption, leading revenue indicators, team productivity and sales effectiveness, as well as external market and competitor analysis.
• Partner effectively with BPO and sales leadership to maintain and innovate on Scaled executive reporting with an objective to make it best-in-class reporting within Meta.
• Strategic Projects: Support sales leadership on short-term and long-term projects including launch of new sales initiatives, segmentation and service models.
• Help drive operational efficiencies on existing processes and support the upkeep of key tools used for reporting and data analytics purposes.
• Support sales-facing BP&O peers in the planning and operationalization of short-term and long-term projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Finance or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or in an operations-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
• Experience involving analytical rigor in functions such as finance, business operations, consulting, or banking
• Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
• Presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences
• Building and managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Communication experience with story-telling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Pivot table-based reporting
• Using charts for visualization and use of lookup and math functions and
• Experience with Tableau.
