Location: London. We meet as a team monthly at our Mindspace Shoreditch office, and there will be some travel to our international offices as and when.

Requirements
⚡️ The role
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Product, who will not only lead our product strategy but also roll up their sleeves as a Product Manager. Reporting directly to the COO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a pivotal role that bridges strategic vision and hands-on execution.

As we scale our product and tech organisation, we're building durable product teams that are empowered to solve customer problems. You'll work with a team of Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists, taking ownership of big problems from discovery to delivery and measuring outcomes and impact. This is intentionally distinct from the often-seen feature team model where a "higher-up" hands down a list of features to build.
We have an exceptionally exciting vision for our product and you'll play a really key role in helping us achieve it. You'll be supported with strategic context, transparency in decision making and coached to succeed as you help us iterate the way we build product at hackajob.
You’ll spend your time:
- collaborating with the COO, CTO and other members of the Leadership Team, as well as your teams to set and achieve impactful goals each quarter.
- leading and contributing within an agile team, fostering close partnerships with Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to address real-world problems for candidates, clients and colleagues. This involves cultivating strong internal and external relationships and championing the ethos of empowered product teams.
- overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, applying discovery methods to address key risks and executing strategies to deliver significant business value.
- championing continuous discovery by conducting experiments and user research, integrating innovative ideas and practices to disrupt industry norms.
- acting as a product evangelist, promoting the vision and achievements of the Product Organisation both within hackajob and to the broader community.
