Amalgamated Financial is seeking a Collections Support Specialist as we continue to grow our team! This position plays a pivotal role in supporting sales and key clients with performance and status reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Collection Department with managing collector inventories, new case assignments and closing cases
- Approving files to be escalated to the law firm
- Ensuring skip trace reports are kept up to date
Job Requirements:
- Collections background helpful, but not required
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Position is based in office at our location in Old Bridge, NJ
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20 - $23 an hour (DOE)
