We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Envision and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, social, email, and other online demand-generation
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
- Utilize analytics to assess and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Lead and manage a talented team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, motivation, and guidance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment and foster growth
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns
- Expertise in SEO strategy, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Strong proficiency in PPC strategy and execution, and retargeting
- In-depth understanding of social media strategy, organic social media management, and paid social campaigns
- Experience in email marketing, including nurture streams, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of online reputation management, SERM, and review sites
- Familiarity with online demand generation tactics such as content syndication, intent data, sponsored email/report, display ads, and ABM
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in website analytics, competitor audits, social analytics, campaign analytics, and review sites audit
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other industry-specific certifications.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge and experience in website management and UX optimization
