Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
The Assistant Compliance Officer will assist in ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law.
This is a remote position but requires candidates residing in Ukraine.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting policies related to risks and compliance, compliance form templates, process maps for legal activities
- Assist in collecting data for completing compliance checks and procedures
- Review policy drafts created by groups/divisions
- Assist in internal audits as directed by the manager.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or any related field is required.
- 1-3 years’ experience as Compliance Office is required.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. Atleast B2 level.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, able to work independently, and flexible to meet changing requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and applications.
