Are you adept in multitasking, organizing and balancing shifting priorities in a professional setting? As a Human Resource Support Specialist in the Office of Employee Relations, you will support a team of Attorneys, Labor Relations Specialists and the State EEO Coordinator. The Office of Employee Relations is responsible for all matters concerning the collective bargaining process and for the development and implementation of employee relations policies for all departments and agencies within the Executive Branch of State Government.
Job duties:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support requiring knowledge of office processes, business practices and clerical functions requiring attention to detail, work and public relations. You will be responsible for answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate resource during business hours., filing and archiving records, preparing documentation, and support to management, among other general administrative support tasks.
