We are:
The Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles is seeking candidates for Customer Representative Associate II for the License Information Unit of Driver License Services. The License Information unit is crucial to the license and identification card issuance process. This unit manages the back end functions for all credentials issued, supports the digital licensing process as well as 13 branch offices and 21 mobile locations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and experience with point-of-sale transactions. Work hours are weekdays, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
