JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is administrative work involving the promotion, sale, and marketing of lottery tickets in an assigned geographic area. Employees recruit new agents and present and promote services to existing accounts. Work requires considerable salesmanship and a high degree of public relations skills. Work is performed under general supervision.

Receives agent inquiries, analyzes problems, and takes necessary action to resolve problem(s) by performing routine equipment/software/hardware troubleshooting or coordinating repair services.
ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: (Applicants will be screened for possession of these through written, oral, performance, and/or other evaluations).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Entry level knowledges, skills, and/or abilities may be acquired through, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the following coursework/training and/or experience).
A four (4) year combination of experience, education, and/or training in sales and/or sales promotion involving customer relations and product marketing.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
